Healthway’s Medi-Access Card Launches Its Unlimited Health Care Service

Healthway Medical, the trusted and most preferred network of mall-based clinics, has launched a new prepaid health card that provides its holders comprehensive healthcare. The new and improved Medi-Access card is Healthway’s offering for people who want affordable, quality, and reliable health care, and which also allows cardholders access to any of its 20 partner-hospitals and clinics.

This reloadable card, which anyone can avail since it has no age-limit and pre-medical requirements, comes with benefits and privileges for the convenience of its owners. Cardholders automatically enjoy a fixed consultation rate and a 20 percent discount on selected procedures in all Healthway clinics. They would also get substantial savings on inpatient services.  They are also entitled to a P350 hospital daily income benefit and P5000 benefit insurance in case of accidental death or permanent disability, and even get a free ambulance service twice a year.

But what makes the Medi-Access card a cut above the rest is its partnership with Pilipinas 911 and PhilLife for its ambulance and insurance services, respectively.

Cardholders are also entitled to discounts for any surgical procedures done in any of Healthway’s affiliated hospitals and clinics.

What’s more, the card is also transferrable. The cardholder can opt to share his or her Medi-Access card with any friend or relative in need of urgent medical attention.

“Investing in good, reliable healthcare should be everyone’s priority,” says Carmie De Leon, vice president for sales and marketing of Healthway Medical. “The many features and benefits of Medi-Access promise to make quality health care more accessible. We hope Medi-Access makes Filipinos more conscious about investing in their health.”

Medi-Access joins a list of other healthcare products such as the HealthCheq and the HealthWallet that aim to make health care easy, affordable, and accessible.

Healthway Medical is located in Greenbelt 5, SM The Block, Festival Mall, Market! Market!, Ayala Town Center, Robinson’s Place in Manila and Shangri-La Plaza mall.  For more information, visit or visit the Medi-Access link at, to register online.  - The Lifestyle Portal
