The Royale Members' Dilema: "Should I Stay or Should I Go?!"

Many of us were now familiar with the company called Royale Business Club Inc. or simply Royale. Yes, this is a multi-level company which offers its consumers with  different health and beauty products such as soap, lipsticks, gluthatione, coffee, and nutrious drinks.

The company already gave different business oppurtunities to its members. A simple person eventually turns into a millionaire with a short span of time.

With its worldwide success known by many people, did all of them really know the real situation inside the company?!

Well if you're an avid viewer of a teleserye, madali kang makakarelate sa storyang nangyari sa Royale.

Dahil sa marami na ngang napayaman ang Royale kabilang na ang presidente nito, the president decided to leave the company. He left because he wants to build his own and compete the company which spoon feed him. And this said new company directly competes Royale.

What more, hindi lang sa kumpetisyon natatapos ang kwento. The president also recruits the members of Royale giving them unusual offers. And this is the major problem of the members. Should they stay in Royale or should they go with its former president who already built his own company?!

Well in our POV, the answer is simply NO! This is a matter of loyalty and "utang na loob" as they say. But definitely it's more than that!  Think of the situation in this way, paano mo sasamahan ang isang taong tumalikod sa kumpanyang nagpayaman sa kanya?!

Hope that this issue in the company will be resolved in due time. Hope that the Royale members will be enlighten. Remember, what you do is what you get. #JustSaying! (The Lifestyle Portal)

  1. hi. first of all, RIP English.

next. i think the president of your company is looking for something else. I don't know if for greener pastures or whatever personal reason, but there will come a time when a person decides if he/she really stays or not. It's his choice if he wants to make his own company. To compete? No surprise there, darling. This is just how business works. I'm not a member of Royale but I have been recruited many times and I already have an idea on how your strategy works. Plus, I'm also working in a regular paying company so yeah I really know how business works. Accept that even when your president decided to leave, you cannot force him to stay if he doesn't want to. Who are you to oblige him not to leave? Do you think that is the real problem in your company that needs to be resolved? Are you indirectly saying that if he leaves, your company can't make money anymore? What happened to the strategies that he taught you? You still have products that you can sell, you can still recruit as many people as you want. Just because he left doesn't mean you have to stop doing something to keep making your company work.

  2. Why do I get the feeling that the story and comment on this blog is one sided...

    ReplyDelete
  3. if someone wants to leave then just leave...ayaw mo na sa Royale wala nmn pumipilit, wag na sana manira pa. enough of saying negative things lalo at alam mo sa sarili mo na nakinabang ka...

    ReplyDelete
  4. Kung trip umalis bakit natin pipilitin mag stay? TAMA? Pak! Pak!

Now. Why not address the problem kesa yung mga pag alis ng mga tao yung pag usapan nyo. Why not talk about tax/BIR issue???

  5. to get popularity for sure you got what you want mr writer. but the real story? you do not care about it anyway right? sige sulat lng ng sulat para sumikat. just saying, know before you write.

It's not a big deal. It's not a problem to be solved, but a fact to be accepted. People come, people go. :)

We can stand on our own. We must accept EVERYTHING, deal with it. That's how resilient we are, Royalistas. Ang San Miguel Corp., more than 150 years na, ilang Presidente at Chairman na ba ang humawak dito? ilang empleyado na ba ang naging kabahagi nito? halos out of the record na, tama? We should not be bothered kung may umalis o mawala sa Royale, that's how it is, we can never stay there for a lifetime, but we can enjoy working together despite of the troubles. Negosyante po tayo! :)

Stop the greediness, let's help ourselves succeed in helping others to be successful, to alleviate the lives of many from being poor, insufficient, and to achieve their Dreams and Goals.

Lastly, let's put GOD first in everything we do. He is the Best Worker, Finest Worker and a Finisher Worker. In our business, let Him be our Partner, Director, Manager, Supervisor, and Boss...nothing can go wrong. Let's pray for Royale, as well as other Companies, to be more abundant, more successful, and to have a healthy competition. In every business, there is a competition; and in every competition, there is a strategy. Now, let's show what we've got. :)

Let's move-on and do our part, give our share. Let's be selfless. God bless us, and all our endeavors. :)

  8. Ate o kuya. Galing ng english mo. Anyway. If i become a member, it doesnt mean that i owe my life to Royale. I owe my life to myself, because this is my own mini and portable business. I paid for my package, so i need to sell it to others, gamit ang sarili kong hirap.

You dont have the right to stop the President from leaving.

Kahit magaling ang presidente if wala naman favor and blessing from God, hindi yan mgsa-succeed. So i think kahit sin pa ang pumalit na president ng Royale...as long as the leaders and members have that "in God We Trust" attitude...success is sure!!!
So since OneSolidRoyale na nga...basta for God's glory...eh ano nman kung magtayo ng ibang kumpanya ang iba. Promotion did not and does not come from the company's president...but from God...and yes from the effort of each distributor. So be it!!!

    move on move on din.

    All is well

  13. ENGLISH 101 ka muna! Well, Pres is a smart person. Why post something like this if it does not ring a threat to you? In fact, under the Republic Law of the Philippines, any person can organize or create his/her own group so long as hindi detrimental sa public ung activity. If Royale thinks that he's a great competitor, then I think it's time for them hire or find someone with a brilliant brain as Pres! :-) LUMABAN LAGI NG PATAS! :-)

First of all hindi nman sila employee . They have the rights kung sino ang susundin kasi nagbayad naman sila at pera nila ang ginagamit nila not Royale's money.

HICC's Autohemotherapy: Finding Cure and Comfort in One's Own Blood

FOR A WOMAN her age, 70-year-old Mrs. Buenaventura still loves to be in action. As the head matriarch of her household in a Bulacan town, she always makes sure to wake up even before the sun rises to cook breakfast for the family, go to the market, and tidy up the house a bit—even if her grandchildren can do such chores for her.
Mrs. Buenaventura, for one, says she does not want to get stuck in the house lying in bed all day just because she's old, and so she grabs every opportunity she can to keep those joints moving. She even used to start her day with a morning walk or jog in a paved palaisdaan area near their house.

But while she thought that she was still at her prime, it was not long enough that old age and other complications took its toll. A few years back, Mrs. Buenaventura started experiencing back pain and arthritic knee, which prevented her from doing the things that she used to do. Even simple movements of going up and down the stairs and rising from bed had become t…
