At the age of 22 and 18, siblings Megan and Lauren Young prove that they are far from being ordinary as they each purchased a condo unit in a posh condominium in Manila. The sisters only live three doors away from each other.
Lauren, the younger of the two said that she didn’t expect to be this independent at such an early age, “Sometimes I think that my childhood was robbed from me. When I began to support myself I was 17 years old and was like, ‘I shouldn’t be paying my own bills!’”
In the end the sisters realize that they’re lucky for finding independence at an early age. It also doesn’t mean that they don’t have time for friends and family, Megan said.
“I think it’s all about time management. Even though we’re busy, we make sure that we balance our time so it’s not all about working. We know how to have fun too,” she added.
